AML and KYC Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-01
Purpose
This statement sets out how anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) principles apply to this website, and what those principles should look like when you encounter them elsewhere in the financial sector.
What this site does and does not do
This website is an informational publisher. It does not hold client funds, does not open accounts, does not execute transactions and does not act as an intermediary for any financial product. Because of that, no customer onboarding or identity verification takes place here.
What proper KYC looks like
- Identity confirmed against an official document before any account becomes active.
- Proof of address checked against a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- Source of funds established for larger transfers, with supporting documents.
- Ongoing monitoring rather than a single check at sign-up.
A counterparty that skips these steps is not being convenient. It is skipping a legal obligation, and that should change how you read everything else it tells you.
Reporting concerns
If you believe you have encountered financial crime, report it to the competent authority in your own jurisdiction. Messages sent through this website can flag a factual error in a published profile, but they are not a substitute for a report to a regulator or to the police.
Data handling
Any details you send us are handled in line with the Privacy Policy published on this site. We do not request identity documents and ask that none be sent through the contact form.
